Practices start Monday, Nov. 30. A parent/guardian meeting will be held at the beginning of each practice on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, near the wrestling room.
All practices are at the Century High School wrestling room (2525 Viola Rd NE, Rochester, MN). Wearing shorts and a t-shirt are ideal. Arrive 15 minutes early to get shoes on and so wrestlers are ready to practice at start time. Wrestlers must be fully potty trained.

How did you hear about our wrestling program?
Practice schedule for the season is subject to change to ensure a reasonable number of wrestlers are in the room at one time. We want to avoid overcrowding to ensure safety and that there is an ideal ratio of wrestlers and coaches. If it is determined that a schedule change is needed, we will communicate that ASAP.
Optional practices will continue into March and possibly April for wrestlers still competing. Those practice times will be announced at a future date.
