All wrestlers get a free shirt! Register by early November to ensure your wrestler gets the shirt size they want.
Practices start Monday, Nov. 30. A parent/guardian meeting will be held at the beginning of each practice on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, near the wrestling room.
All practices are at the Century High School wrestling room (2525 Viola Rd NE, Rochester, MN). Wearing shorts and a t-shirt are ideal. Arrive 15 minutes early to get shoes on and so wrestlers are ready to practice at start time. Wrestlers must be fully potty trained.
More information about practice schedules, fees and financial assistance are in the registration form.

Tournaments
For those interested in attending tournaments, visit the Guillotine website for open tournaments in the area.
Shoes
We have wrestling shoes that have been donated that wrestlers can use during the season. Many of them are barely used and in great condition. See a coach if you are in need of borrowing a pair. Please return them at the end of the season.
Cancellation of Practices
We will follow the Rochester Public School system regarding closures and cancellations. If school is cancelled, we will not be holding practice.
The Rochester Panthers Wrestling Club is a non-profit organization in Minnesota that provides a wrestling program for youth in preschool through 6th grade within the Century High School boundaries. We also support the Century High School program in a variety of ways. We provide instruction for experienced wrestlers as well as to those new to the sport. In addition to building exceptional wrestling technique, we focus on sportsmanship, developing a cohesive team, and having fun!
Interested in volunteering? Help is appreciated with coaching, working at our tournaments, etc. Please contact [email protected] or talk to a coach or board member.
